These sessions are always catered to fit your individual style and needs. Yoga philosophy and lifestyle questions may be asked during these sessions. Specific styles that are available are yin yoga, Saraswati River Yoga, vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, and ayurvedic yoga using sound.
If you do not ask for a specific style, Sally will choose what she feels is appropriate, which is often a blending of everything described above.
