We offer an open meditation class every Tuesday from 4:00pm - 5:00pm. This class is open to all levels of experience. The class includes at least 20 minutes of silent meditation. There is often discussion, guided relaxation, music, poetry, and simple yoga movements interwoven throughout the class.
