This is a "eat what you love, digest it well, never stop living and going out to your favorite restaurants...." cooking lesson. Explore how you can rekindle your passion for homemade food, and how simple changes in your daily food routine can bring about healing of many symptoms.
Please answer the following questions ahead of time, so that I can prepare a menu that suits your interests and your needs.
1. Do you have any specific health concerns, that are present now in your body/mind that you'd like to work on? If so, please briefly
describe the most important concern only. We will work on the most important concern, as I often see that the other concerns get
better as a result of this type of focus. Please do not list every health concern you have here.
2. Are there any foods that you are allergic to?
3. Are there any foods that you strongly dislike?
4. Are there any foods that you love?
5. Please send me a list of what you eat, for one "sample" day. Write everything you eat and drink, including approximately what time you have it.
6. Please briefly describe your bowel movements. Do you have one a day? Do you tend toward constipation or diarrhea, etc.
7. Do you get heartburn, indigestion, or gas on a regular basis?
* After you send me the answers to these questions, I will send you a list of ingredients to buy, and bring with you. I find that this is an essential part of the class - you will then have the ingedients you need to make your food at home, as soon as you leave. You will also know where to get the ingredients (I will direct you to the appropriate stores in your area if need be).
