Curriculum

Yin Yoga Sequences for all 10 of the Organ Pairs
Concentration (Dharana) Practices to cultivate stability of mind while in challenging situations
Skillfully working with the Emotions as they arrise in practice and in life
How mantra assists in calming the mind
How simple “yang” yoga can help to balance the body
     * Please note, most yang activity will be self-lead and include hiking, gardening and exploring the land.. Sutdents are welcome to do their own vinyasa or yang practice in additon to the simple yang postures offered in class, if they so choose. The program has been designed in a way that will keep the body’s muscles/yang tissues healthy through the intensive yin practice times.
