Yin Yoga and the Energy of Saraswati

Fee: ranges from $1500 - $2000, depending on your room

$500 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your space.

Payment plans are available for the remainder of the fee

includes:

7 nights in a gorgeous cabina,

3 organic, vegetarian friendly meals per day, and

all teaching sessions (see curriculum to be posted soon below)

Please note that you will need to purchase your airfare and transportation to the resort in addition to the retreat fee.

Daily Schedule:  

 

6:30am: Silent morning meditation 

 

7am: Silent morning fruit & tea (& organic coffee with fresh homemade organic coconut milk!!)  

 

7:30am - 9:30am:  Short Yang Yoga Practice using Mantra followed by Longer Yin Yoga Practice and  Yoga Nidra

 

9:30am: Breakfast

 

1:00: Lunch

 

5:30 - 6:30: Chanting the Sanskrit Alphabet, Annapurna Food Prayer, and Other Mantras  

 

6:30pm: Dinner

 

Included in this schedule is plenty of free time for swimming, horseback riding, zip lining, excursions and massage.  The town of Montezuma has amazing cafes, beaches and shops within walking distance, or a 4 minute cab ride, from our resort.

Prana Cabin - $2000 per person; holds 2 people 

Master Suite Main Room - $1900 per person; holds 3 people 

Temple Cabin - $1800 per person; holds 4 people 

Master Suite Bunk Beds - $1500 per person; holds 2 people
